I've found inspiration while traveling, or living in places other than where I grew up. These are some of the sketches I did during my time there. Most depicting Savannah, GA and Florence Italy.

 

Some of these pieces were used as sketches for larger paintings when I returned to the studio but most of the time they become their own piece of art and stay as they are. There is something wonderful about capturing a moment.
